Unauthorized pro-Hickenlooper video: Humor or Poor Taste?
The classic Hitler scene, with the main guy learning that Ritter’s dropped out of the Governor’s race in Colorado and will be replaced by John Hickenlooper. He’s not happy, especially after all that money spent on Scott McInnis.
The “he” is referring to Colorado Republican Party Chair, Dick Wadhams, who has taken on the role of party hatchet man for the Republicans as they fight to regain the Governor’s office and Senator Bennet’s seat this fall.

I have seen this same video used for other political races; i.e. Scott Brown in Mass.
I am confused as to the “he” referring to Dick Wadhams.
I just don’t get it. What am I missing?

I always think it is funny when people compare Republicans to Nazi’s. Democrats are closer to Nazi’s than Republicans any day. Progressives are Nazi’s, and they have invaded the Democratic party. We have to watch out for Progressive’s as they want to destroy this country. I think they should be call Regressive as that is what they actually are. The video is moronic and obviously made by someone who doesn’t understand history or what Hitler and the Nazi party did to Germany.
It’s part of a larger internet meme of videos ripping off clips from a german movie called Downfall and having hitler complain about, well, pretty much everything.

This is humerous. I like comedy, especially political comedy.
This has been done many times before with the same clip. I sure hope Hick has more up his sleeve than this or it will backfire on him. Yeah I know he didn’t have anything to do with it. wink wink , nudge nudge. Hick will win my vote with ideas not by comparing his opponent to a Nazi.
Well this is a great day. It will be hickinloper that does the best for colorado. Look at how well he has learned from the president. Look at how well he spends the money to make denver the best city. Let him have a chance at gov and he will know how to spend the most money to make colorado even better. Other wise we will have a right winged nut that is afraid to spend and will not help the common people of colorado. Since hickinloper shows that he is very good at spending the money to make denver the best he is the best man for colorado gov. Even people of all races have been helped by hickinloper in denver and now that can be in all of the great state of colorado.

This is a great day, but not for any of the reasons you hint at. About the only thing that was funny about this video was the reference to Hick’s haircut being like Hitler. That was spot on.
