Cougarzzzzzzz ...
Colorado cougars & cubs are snoozing right now, which means there are some changes to the Queen Cougar & King Cub Contest. Now, Colorado’s finest felines and their prey have more time to enter the contest and everybody has more time to vote for their favorites!
This Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2009, in lieu of a coronation and crowning, a kickoff party will be held at MiniBar in Cherry Creek North to celebrate the premiere of ABC’s new series, Cougar Town, starring real-life cougar Courteney Cox. MiniBar televisions will be set on ABC so everyone in attendance can tune in to the premiere. The festivities begin at 6 p.m.

Every patron at the kickoff party will receive one complimentary “Cougartini.”
A “Cougar & Cub Happy Hour” will be held at MiniBar once a week the night Cougar Town is televised throughout the show’s first season. Drink specials will be offered, and cougars & cubs may enter the contest during each happy hour.
The contest continues at cougarxing.indenvertimes.com during the first season of Cougar Town. It ends a week before the season finale. The winners’ coronation and crowning will be held the night of the show’s finale. (Date TBD.)
