Mobile Monday: Free ink! Coffee

They say technology can improve the customer experience—and ink! Coffee is putting this theory to the test with the introduction of ‘ink! Mobile,’ a new pay by mobile phone technology available at no charge to customers.  To sweeten the experience, all customers registering for the program will receive $5 of free ink! Coffee loaded to their mobile phones.

ink! Coffee customers can sample this new technology effective MONDAY, NOV, 9, 2009. Users simply text ‘drink’ to 466-622 to get started. ink! Coffee will instantly load $5 to new accounts. Current ‘ink! Mobile’ users (from the phase one test) will automatically be upgraded to the v2.0 technology.
