Lay stepping down as head of SE Business Partnership

Lay told the Englewood-based group’s board Monday he would step down effective Dec. 31.

Lay “looks forward to his next career challenge,” the partnership (SEPB) said in a statement. No other reason for Lay’s departure was given.
