Thanks for the props thor. Well, Denver’s D showed up against the Pacers tonight. I think Melo will keep it rolling ad be n consideration for MVP along with Lebron and Kobe.

Nice article! I dont know if Melo can keep this pace all year, its a long season to play with this kind effort and emotion. Your right, the Nugs better play some D or its going to get ugly quick.

Josh, I feel the same way. I just hope Melo can stay healthy. If he does I could see him averageing 28-30 ppg this year and making a strong push for MVP.

As far as the road trip, I think Denve could come out of it 4-1 or 5-0. I think they need to go at least 3-2. Nothing under 3 wins over the road trip.

I’m loving this more determined and focused (and let’s just say it: pissed off) Melo so far this season. As much as I want to get lured in, I’m gonna hold off on MVP talk til at least Jan-Feb (but believe me, I love that the chatter has already started!).

The Nuggets feel legit (it will be interesting to see how J.R. mixes back into the chemistry they’ve got going and they DO need another body down low) and being from SE Virginia, Lawson was my boy at UNC and is already my favorite Nug.

PS – Cannot believe they don’t play another home game until Nov 13. Gotta go at least 4-2, right??
