Frontier, Southwest rank well in customer service
Frontier Airlines ranked seventh among 17 major U.S. carriers in 2008 in an annual quality rating of airline customer-service performance, the Denver Business Journal reports. Southwest Airlines did even better — sixth place — while United Airlines ranked 11th.
The rankings, issued Monday by St. Louis University and Wichita State University, are based primarily on on-time performance, baggage handling, denied boardings and customer complaints. Click here for the Journal’s story.
