Just great – one more place where women have no control over their own reproductive health.
Mary,
Nice to see your thoughts here again. I don’t want to get into an abortion fight, because it is not really a cause of mine, but . . The other day my wife was watching one of the Kardashian girl’s reality shows on television. As I walked by, I heard the young lady say to the effect, . .”I have to decide if I really want to keep it or not.” I didn’t say a thing to my wife, and apparently she was not effected by it, but it was chilling to me. This young lady was talking about the early stages of her pregnancy so nonchalantly. I can see how people who are against it are so emotional. But I don’t know how the other side, the reproductive health angle can summon the same apparent emotion. But it does, I guess.
I am certainly not Catholic not do I agree with much of their philosophy but I do have to agree with the abortion issue. It is illegal to muder anywhere else in society so why would anyone think is should be legal to murder the weakest and most helpless among us?
