We should not believe that the situation in Iraq is going to improve when we pullout. But, we must not believe our staying is going to solve the situation. Our part is over, the Iraqies must face the demons that haunt them. A free Iraq is theirs if they want it.

As we start to increase our presence in Afghanistan we should aware that the rights of its citizens will be determined by their laws. Without the support of their citizens any expenditure of blood on our part will be futile.
